Our one-page account application. Print it or fill it in on your computer.

Fill it in & gather documents
Sign it, stamp it, and attach:
- Chamber of Commerce extract, not older than 6 months
- Business license and director's license for the current year (or the KBIS for French-side businesses)
- Copy of the managing director's ID card or passport
- Bank reference letter stating your financial standing
- Letters from your trade references (other suppliers)
